Blaque Diamond Fashion personalized items are made to order and cannot be refunded. Please double-check your customization details before submitting your order. We also encourage customers to review their order carefully once it’s received.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your item or a mistake on our end, we will provide an exchange or remake. 

Exchange or remake requests must be received in writing with 3 days of receiving your item(s). We will respond within 2 business days.
